saba

Earlier this week me and the crew were just about asleep on the roof across the way from Matthewson when I sort of sat up and started vibing a little and had to come back home “to do work”; not sure what exactly I had in mind, but when I got to the house and my teeth were brushed and I was watching the sunrise from my own personal zone, I it meant that I started writing this update for my internet blog.

I feel like I blogged in this once to say that I don’t update it so much when I’m doing a good job of working on other things; that’s true 50% of the time and this is one of those times.

The short story is that I now live in Providence. The long story is written on all kinds of walls and surfaces between here and Philadelphia and as far up as Johnson VT; you can ask me about it if you run into me.

Readout of the basics follows.

Recently Unearthed: Forty Useless Prehistoric Computers

Saturday, September 13th, 2008

This is a single day drawing project I did with my great love and CX Partner, Travis Iurato, on August 14th, 2008. We did it to wind down from our intense mindboggler Darcone Triangle, which we are printing.

When I was hungry, you gave me pizza to pig on. When I was thirsty, you gave me beer to enjoy. When I wanted to tag, you gave me a paint pen to write with. When I wanted to go to Devil’s, you had a bike for me to ride.

Would you like to buy this painting? I would like to sell it to you so that I might be able to drive my car home from the mountains when I’m done in them. Please get in touch, tom dot** bubul@gmail com, or forward to your moneyed friends.

Megalos Lesson

Thursday, May 22nd, 2008

Wow, it’s really been two months? Here’s Megalos Lesson, the video I was flipping out about last time, which I finished almost two months ago. I’ve been on band tour since. Significant/totally unreadable update coming soon. L.I.F.E. R.U.L.E.S.

No fast wonders #13

Monday, March 10th, 2008

To be sure, there is not and cannot be a single fast wonder in the year of our wonder and sorrow 2008. I took most of last week off from the Internet and spent it in Boston. I’ve been working on my video “Strobe” and spending time in my office at 5th and Girard. Look for my longer update soon.

New zine: TEST PATTERNS // All gold of any value is translucent #5

Monday, January 7th, 2008

I put out a new zine called Test Patterns. It’s 52 pages of drawings, junk and dreams. You can buy it from me in person for 3.50 or from Jacob at HBML, Quimby’s in Chicago or the Marvelous Record and Comics store in West Fuck for 4.50. I will mail it to you for 5 if you live in Amerikkka or 6 if you live in the outlands. All of those numbers are in dollars. Email me about it or leave a comment for me or whatever.
